There are many graduates in the media field, who have the knowledge and the competence in the technical aspects and other aspects related to media, or who want to enter this field of work but they do not have enough opportunities. There are also women who have the competence and the desire to work in the media field but they do not find the suitable job opportunities in the local stations or in the media institutions.

Our aim in TAM (Women Media & Development), through this project, is to create job opportunities locally on media field, all over the West Bank in all its districts. The chosen candidates will be given intensive training in gender issues and media technologies that suit their skills and their talents like: photography, audiovisual, editing, montage, lighting, and making interviews, etc…..
