Perspectives

TAM perspectives for the coming year 2007 are:

• TAM will continue to write and implement projects concerning training on gender in media and in media techniques
• Developing of capacity building of gender units in local TV stations, working as local counselors on gender issues to influence the TV programs in their stations
• Developing a network of media professionals in the field for specific and permanent programs pertaining to gender issues.
• Media training and production of gender-based materials for Radio stations &  Written press, besides TV stations projects
• Increasing the media productions concerning gender issues
• Observing the media to criticize and change the image of women
