TAM organizational chart

TAM was created in 2004 by a group of 7 women and man media, social and women issues specialists, coming from all West Bank. Suheir Farraj, a Palestinian film-maker & Clémence Bosselut, a French volunteer (from the Délégation Catholique pour la Coopération) co-initiated TAM, at the beginning on a voluntary basis, without any office or utilities, excepting their own competence, willpower and hope.

In 2005 and beginning of 2006, the TAM team worked on reinforcing the structure of the organization, writing proposals and developing local and international networks and partnerships.

Board of Directors
TAM managed to establish a Board of Directors comprising members with solid and professional media background and/or with an experience in women’s issues.

The Board Members, elected once a year, provide valuable leadership and expertise to the organization.

The Board and the members of the association come from major cities in the West Bank, and this geographic diversity is a significant aspect, considering the fragmentation of Palestine due to the current political conditions.

The Board members meet three times a year to discuss the situation of TAM, the progress of projects, financial reports and future plans and perspectives.

Staff and Members
In two years, TAM has succeeded in gathering a significant number of people, from all West Bank, who joint us as members of our association.

TAM’s flourishing management is formed by the competence and expertise of employees who constantly work on ensuring demand-driven implementation and the smooth progress of projects and activities through the development of long-term strategies that reflect the mission and vision of the organization, and transform priorities into focused activities to achieve maximum impact and involvement of the local community. TAM staff members constantly receive training and capacity building activities to enhance their knowledge and skills.

TAM 's team is composed of its Executive Director, 1 Director Assistant & Project Supervisor (International volunteer), 2 Project Coordinators, 1 field coordinator, 1 Accountant, and 1 Accountant Assistant & Office Manager, and trainers specialized on gender or media.
